Spirit Bear Herbals was founded out of a deep respect for tradition and a heartfelt desire to share the healing wisdom passed down through generations. Our journey began with my husband's great grandmother, a revered medicine woman in Mattawa, Ontario, who devoted her life to understanding the natural world and using its gifts to heal and nurture her community. Inspired by her legacy, we decided to create Spirit Bear Herbals—a place where we could share the healing power of herbs with others.
